Service inquiries
When you submit the service request form, Black Rock Construction Services receives the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone and company, project location, service of interest, project description, and optional timing and budget. The information is used to review and respond to your inquiry.
Requests are saved in a private service inbox on the website hosting account and can be accessed by authorized Black Rock staff through the password-protected manager. The site also attempts to email a brief alert to Black Rock with the request ID, project type, and service category, plus a link to the manager. It does not include your contact details or project description. Email may be delayed or filtered, so the private inbox remains the record of submitted requests. Requests remain there until an authorized staff member removes them. Do not submit payment information, account credentials, access codes, confidential plans, or sensitive personal information.
To limit automated abuse, the form applies hourly submission limits using a keyed token derived from the sender’s network address. The site does not save the raw address for this purpose; expired tokens are removed during a later submission. The hosting provider may separately retain its standard technical logs.
Basic website activity
The site records aggregate daily page-view counts, page paths, and referring website hostnames to help the business understand which parts of the site are used. The site activity manager shows these totals for the latest 30 days. This feature does not create visitor profiles, use advertising trackers, set analytics cookies, or store visitor IP addresses or unique visitor identifiers. Activity summaries are retained for up to 180 days.
The web hosting provider may separately process technical connection information, such as IP address, browser, and request time, in its ordinary server logs for delivery, troubleshooting, and security.
